Covid-19 Response
Albin Exterminating and the pest control industry are classified as essential service tasked with protection of public health. As such, we will stay open for service as long as we are allowed. With people quarantined to home with their kids dropping Doritos on the floor, pest populations are apt to increase. And woolly worms appear mid-March to mid-April no matter what Covid-19 does. If we can help you at this time, please contact us! We are all in this together!
What to expect if we are visiting your home
• As always, if technicians have a known illness or are exhibiting symptoms of illness such as a fever, they will not visit a customer’s home.
• For your health and safety, technicians have been advised to not shake hands.
• Our technicians will wear gloves and/or shoe covers inside your home if you would like.
• If you or someone in your household is showing signs of illness, including fever or flu-like symptoms, we ask that you reschedule any upcoming technician visits to your home.
• If you would prefer and the treatment allows, we will only treat the exterior or your home. Your warranty will remain in place as you stay on your treatment schedule. If a problem comes up on the interior between visits, we can then service the interior.
Stay safe and healthy and THANK YOU for being a member of the Albin Exterminating family!
“Our leaders tell us that a third of the structures in Rockport were destroyed and another third were severely damaged by Hurricane Harvey. These are our customers, so the effect for Albin Exterminating is similar. We have spent these months checking on our customers and grieving with them. Many have been our customers for decades and will not be rebuilding/re-opening or will take months to repair and be ready for our services. We had several in our staff whose homes were lost or badly damaged. We have the resources and wonderful staff to endure and improvise while Rockport gets back on its feet. We are ‘locals’ and this is our home, so we help where we can (our office was a distribution site for more than a month after the storm and is now housing volunteers that have come to help through the Volunteer Recovery Center) and we work to grow our business back bigger and stronger right along with Aransas County.” – Kathryn and Bobby Albin, Owners, Albin Exterminating, Inc.
